What is Produktyf Meeting?

Produktyf Meeting is a native BlackBerry 10 application used to manage information about meetings. Create a meeting, add agenda items, invite participants and distribute Text, Word or PDF based agenda with a single tap. During or after the meeting use the app to capture notes which also can be shared with all participants. Produktyf Meeting integrates with BlackBerry Contacts and BlackBerry Calendar. All data is stored securely on the device and is never sent or uploaded to external server.

Manage Your Meetings

Start by creating a meeting in the application. Produktyf Meeting allows you to store unlimited number of meetings. Meeting includes subject, start date / time and duration. The list of meetings allows searching for specific keywords making finding the right information easy.

Add Meeting Participants

Add participants to the meeting from the BlackBerry Contacts application. The application links meeting participants to the contacts on your device and the link is persisted in the contact entry even when you switch devices. The application also allows you to view all meetings each participant is part of.

Add Meeting Agenda

Each meeting can have unlimited numnet of agenda items linked to it. You add agenda items from the Meeting Details screen. Agendas make sure meeting participants have clear understanding of the meeting objectives. Meeting agenda is included in the meeting information document which can be shared with the participants.

Add Notes

During or after the meeting you can add unlimited number of notes to the meeting entry. This way you will always have a record of what was discussed at the meeting and more importantly the decisions and outcome of the meeting. Meeting notes are included in the meeting notes document which can be shared with the participants.

Generate and Share Meeting Notes

At any time before or after the meeting you can generate meeting agenda or meeting notes document which can be shared with meeting participants. The document can be in a form of a .txt, .doc or .pdf (coming soon) format. It can be saved to local or cloud storage, sent to a supported viewer application on the device or sent to selected meeting participants via email.

Integration with BlackBerry Contacts and BlackBerry Calendar

Produktyf Meeting integrates with BlackBerry Contacts to select and link to contacts stored on the device. It also can be configured to inetgrate with BlackBerry Calendar where each meeting created in the application is automatically created in the configured BlackBerry Calendar location.
